Applying is Easy in two basic steps:
- Fill out the Registration and Information Form. Stop by our office for a registration packet. Or call us at 717-764-5603 or fill out the request form and we would be happy to mail a registration packet to you. Or you can download the Registration and Information Form (PDF).
- Pay the Registration Fee. All new applications must be submitted with the registration fee.
